    1. It is very merry indeed, Santa was good to all. I trust all the Shaws are having a famous time as well. Cheers,

  1. Thank you, Joe! I hope you, Mrs. Pastry and the petite fours of yours have a nice holiday and a healthy and happy new year!

    1. Thanks very much, Laura. Back soon with more of my usual oddities. Cheerio,

      – Joe

  2. I won’t wish you a peaceful Christmas day – you have children! Instead, may you have a boisterous day filled with belly laughs, followed by more of the same.

    1. Ha! No, they were nuts. But we had a ball. We’ll miss the craziness when it’s gone one day.

      Maybe.

  3. Merry Christmas Joe, after 6 years, I’m still finding enough in here to keep checking daily

Happy new year, and may 2014 be as good as you want.

    Take care

  4. Happy Holidays to you too, Joe, and thank you for all you have helped and informed us through the year with this blog.
Also, thanks for opening my mind to Pokey LaFarge, I made a wedding cake last week listening to 3 CDs of his music, which came thanks to Amazon just in time. From Kentucky, through Joe Pastry to Santiago, Chile. Amazing. You see what you do?

    1. Hehe…Clary you made my day!

I do love Pokey. So glad he and his band were able to help with the cake. The internet is such a wonderful thing, isn’t it? So nice to have a baking friend in Santiago!

      Cheers and happy New Year!

      – Joe
