Do I express too much appreciation for all my wonderful readers? Ah heck, you can never say thank you enough as far as I’m concerned. Thanks to all for helping to make this blog what it is, and me the luckiest baker on Earth! See you in 2014.

I won’t wish you a peaceful Christmas day – you have children! Instead, may you have a boisterous day filled with belly laughs, followed by more of the same.

Ha! No, they were nuts. But we had a ball. We’ll miss the craziness when it’s gone one day.

      Maybe.

Happy Holidays to you too, Joe, and thank you for all you have helped and informed us through the year with this blog.
Also, thanks for opening my mind to Pokey LaFarge, I made a wedding cake last week listening to 3 CDs of his music, which came thanks to Amazon just in time. From Kentucky, through Joe Pastry to Santiago, Chile. Amazing. You see what you do?

    • joepastry says:

      Hehe…Clary you made my day!

I do love Pokey. So glad he and his band were able to help with the cake. The internet is such a wonderful thing, isn’t it? So nice to have a baking friend in Santiago!

      Cheers and happy New Year!

      - Joe
