The Pastry family headed over to Churchill Downs earlier in the week to watch the horses warm up. I was pleased to have gotten there just in time to watch my horse from last year finally cross the finish line. I have terrible luck with my picks, but this year I’m going with Pants on Fire because, well, it’s a horse name I’m jealous I never thought of. The odds on him are 20-1 so I doubt I’ll see much of a return on my two bucks. Smarter choices are Dialed In at 4-1, Uncle Mo at 9-2 and Nehro at 6-1. Bet well!
